just ordered a Samsung galaxy watch 3 as part of my upgrade but they send me it in the wrong colour, so I've called EE to return the watch but can someone direct me in the right direction to the right person to call to get the right colour watch out to me as I've been directed by different people to broadband and tablets department and no one been helpfull
@daviewonder156 Once EE receive the watch back and you’ve been notified of that then you’ll, need to order again. You can not swap it for the correct colour as there is a a procedure that must be followed.
