Hi, been noticing my s21 can't keep it above 90 fps in most games and the performance has been just ok which is not what I would expect from a new device, run benchmarks quite a few times with geekbench and passmark and my scores are half of what other same model devices are getting, should I return my unit as defective?

Hi there @Angelos91
Thanks for posting on the community.
Have you upgraded or is this a new contract?
Are the other devices on EE?
Speak soon 🙂
Leanne.

Hi @Angelos91
Have you run any games on the device to establish if there is an issue? Benchmark testing and real life usage are different metrics.
If you are buying any phone based upon these benchmark tests then be prepared to be disappointed. Like speed testing your internet line they are both highly unreliable.
Thanks

Hello, yes I run a few games and although it was doing OK it was choppy at times, ended up factory reseting and the issue went away, phone isn't choppy while playing games and benchmark scores are as they should be
