Galaxy watch 4 pre order trade-in

Hi I've made an order via live chat for a galaxy watch 4. On the ee shop it states there is a trade in offer of £150 credit.

 

When I asked the agent regarding this he just pointed me to the ee recycle website where the most being offered for any watch is about £40.

 

So am I supposed to trade in some other way to take advantage of the offer?

Also there is a list of watches eligible for trade in including my 46mm galaxy watch, which is not even listed on the ee recycle page.

 

So am I supposed to trade in some other way to take advantage of the offer?

I preordered  the Watch 4 Classsic on an upgrade on 11 August.

 

Did it via the website and got £200 trade in for my GW 46mm.
