Hi,
I have a galaxy s20plus since last year and I haven't received yet android 11.
Can you tell me how I can download it and install it?
I tried to download it many times and it says my phone is up to date, while I see I still have amdroid 10 but not 11

Welcome to the community.
Your phone will automatically update as new software becomes available. You could try backing up your phone and restoring it to factory settings.
