Hi does anyone know how to claim the free buds that are on offer with the S20 range

If you ordered a Samsung S20 FE (4G or 5G) between 7th and 13th December on a 40GB+ plan, you'll receive the Samsung galaxy Buds2 15-30 days after you receive the phone.

 

You should get a message five days after receiving the phone, just to confirm you're eligible for the Samsung Galaxy Buds2.
