I ordered a pair of galaxy buds live on the 28 of last month and haven't heard anything since. When I try track my order it keeps telling me my order information is unavailable.

I just keep getting through to an automated service that doesn't have the option I need, and when I try track my order it's says the tracking information is unavailable. I've been trying for two weeks now and it's still saying the same thing.

I've tried contacting live chat a couple of times to make a complaint but everytime I do is says it's busy.
