Galaxy Watch Free 3 Months Fiit?! Where?

Hi everyone. I just purchased 2 galaxy watches on ee and I am unable to locate the unique code to redeem the offer advertised? Any help please? There is no code or qr code.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
