Apple Watch Sim

Hi, I have a pay monthly sim with EE - I have just bought an Apple Watch 6, would I be able to request a sim to share my data plan I have on my sim only or would this have to be separate?

The Apple Watch does not contain a physical sim card. I has an Esim (which is a component on the inside of the watch).

 

The only time you need to have a data plan for the Apple Watch, is if you are planning to use your Apple Watch when you won't have your iPhone with you.

 

If you always plan on having your iPhone with you, then there is no need to purchase a separate data plan for the Apple Watch.

 

The data add on plan for the Apple Watch is around £7 per month (not sure if the free trial is still running), and gets you 10GB of data.
