Hi, I am an Openreach employee and recently sent a 30% discount code for my father. He purchased a new phone from his local branch in Scarborough and was informed that his discount code could be applied up to 2 weeks after purchase. I have since found out that this is not the case. Please advise of where we can go with this as the whole reason he went with EE was due to the 30% discount
As I think you now know, the family and friends code can only be used online. I can only recommend that you either pop back into store to try and find a resolution or take a look at the intranet pages for advice.
