Can Flex plans be 'data gifted' to ?

Also, (I forgot to ask in the original post) can the Flex plan Sims be used in external devices - 4G routers ?

Data gifting option not available on flax plan. 

And yes you can use this sim in router.

While these plans looks to be very flexible, it appears they may not be suitable for what I was planning on, thanks nonetheless.
