Flashing aqua light on router

My activation day for my broadband was yesterday and I've had the confirmation text and email. Connected everything correctly and the router has been flashing aqua ever since, I waited until after midnight and still no luck, do I have to wait a bit longer or is there something wrong?

Hi @Lurch180

This light usually means the internet cable isn't connected properly.

Could you check to make sure it's all plugged in?

Hi @Sharlene3.

Welcome to the community.

Can you check that the black and grey broadband cable is correctly plugged into the back of your router?
