To answer the original question, no you can't find your IP address within your MYEE account.

Hi @Nick-S
Welcome to the community.
Is this for fixed line broadband or for mobile broadband?

Hi Christopher_G
This is for fixed line home broadband.
Basically if I am home I can open a browser and find the Public IP but if I am away from home there is not an easy way to find it unless I ask someone at home to find it.
Thanks,
C

Hi @Nick-S ,
As you wait for the answer to your question, I thought I would mention in passing for the benefit of others who hit this with a search that the industry standard way of handling this situation is with DDNS services to update the IP address in a location that can be found publicly. In the past I have used noip.com for this. Service providers such as Gandi.net also provide such services on top of their main paid services.

mikeliuk,
I know about the DDNS but just wonder whether the public ip address could be accessed somehow from the My EE account online.

You can find your public IP addy by just looking in your router:

XRaySpeX,
I am aware of that.
My question is: if I am at a friend's house and want to find my public ip address, could I log on to My EE account online and get my public ip address from some of the documents safely stored there? This is assuming I don't have DDNS configured.
Until now I guess my question yields a negative answer.

No, there is no way to find your public IP addy when away from home other by asking somebody still at home.
Your OP Q does indeed yield a negative answer. As confirmed by previous poster your public IP addy is not held anywhere on EE site. It is a dynamic property of your BB
