Hi,

I just want to leave a compliment for a member of staff working at Merthyr Tydfil. Her name is Niamh xxxx.

She resolved my issue with my BT Sport app whilst working from home and dealing with her own technical issues and I believe that the problem was probably with BT anyway!

I hope that someone is able to get this message to her as she has gone the extra mile to get my problem resolved.
