FaceTime don’t work

since coming back from Spain in June my FaceTime won’t work on my iPhone 7 Plus do I need to take to the shop or is it something I can fix myself  .. Any help would be appreciated .. Thank you

@Soniah1978   Is this over cellular or WiFi ?  If over cellular is cellular data turned off for FaceTime?

Have you tried toggling FaceTime off and on again in the phone settings?
