No sound from my we box

Good morning all  I have no sound coming from my we box this morning I have done all the usual stuff reset box , unplugged the cables and put sound all the way up but nothing works what is left to do before I call up ??

EE app error

My app is show on screen Your account is now closed.So please check this issue and resolve it.Two month i used this sim as pay as go and after i used pay monthly like contract base.So please resolve my app issue.Thanks

Terrible broadband

Moved from BT to EE was told it would be better because we would have a direct line, but honestly it’s much worse. Signal around the house is terrible. Everything is fuzzy and takes ages to load. Extremely disappointed
