It says I've got extra charges £1.80 comming next month , cant understand why , as I have a spend cap on my contract

Quite often you will be able to get more detailed billing information from myEE online than via the app, I'd suggest trying that as a first step.
Although a spend-cap provides protection against many charges, it doesn't cover everything that can appear on your EE bill - this EE help article , under "charges that aren't restricted", explains further.

I often find that when I see extra charges, I go back in 2 mins later and they've gone again.
