Ex Directory Home Phone

nikki1974

I have just found out that my home number seems to be public, when I should be ex-directory as that is what I requested when changing to EE.  Subsequently I have been getting a lot of 'nusance' phone calls that I shouldn't be getting, even though I am registerd with the TPS.

I am unable to phone and can't find an email contact or chat for EE to get this sorted.

Can you please advise home I can contact without phoning please.

EE provides no email contact and Live Chat is not for BB.

You need to phone CS to request your number is made ex-directory or you could write EE a letter requesting it. You'll find their postal address under Contact Us.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

You do realise that there are many overseas companies who have bots just ringing random numbers to see if anyone exists at the other end. Once you pick up on one that number is populated to all the other 'nuciance' autodiallers.
