Error A4.57.1-af2c5

Can't get onto my app at all. Once I log in (either via fingerprint or log in details) I am met with the "There seems to be a problem" page.

 

I've tried clearing app cache, force stopping and rebooting. App is up to date.

 

Any tips welcome?

Thanks for trying, if you go into settings on the My EE app, do you have fingerprint set up for log in?

 

I dont have a fingerprint scanner on my device and have never set up fingerprints for log in to the ee app

 

Nevertheless in an effort to do as asked I have logged into the app gone to settings then to "log in settings".  It is set to Log In "pin" and I also have the option to "Change a pin".  There is nothing else there.  I have looked through other settings and cannot see anything about fingerprints.  

 

I used to love using this app but yet another update that breaks something working well.  

Also I just highlighted what you posted and selected the quotation marks in the above post yet its highlighted my entire post as a quote.  😞

I have tried changing the pin and I still get the same error when logging in with pin

I must question why we are forced to upgrade from an app that works like a dream to one that doesn't work.

There is no fix.  Thanks for messing up a perfectly good app EE.

 

P.S.  This forums layout kinda sucks as well
