Error A4.57.1-af2c5

Can't get onto my app at all. Once I log in (either via fingerprint or log in details) I am met with the "There seems to be a problem" page.

 

I've tried clearing app cache, force stopping and rebooting. App is up to date.

 

Any tips welcome?

Could you both try the help in our The My EE app has had a fine-tune, post including changing your password and let me know if this works for you?

I am having a very similar problem as well, also after being forced to update the app.

I can confirm I can access my account online no problem. I haven't changed my password either.

I have updated the app and was getting an error trying to log in to it via pin code after inputting it.

 

I changed the password as advised here and I still cant login via pin code and keep getting the same error.  I CAN login if i click on the small text "or login with your password" however.

 

I would like to login with pin code though, its much more convienient.  Is that just broken for me now?  I get an annoying error every time I try and use it.  

I went to the page linked above and read it carefully following the instructions.  I reset my password and yet still cant login via pin code so the error is not fixed for me.  Lame.  (Below is copy paste of what I have pasted on the other thread)

Thanks for trying, if you go into settings on the My EE app, do you have fingerprint set up for log in?
