Have changed to a different monthly pack, £10 taken at time of requesting change. The new pack appears to have started ok. However received msg warning of charges due to old pack ending and have not received msg informing of new pack starting.
Hope this is just an automated message hiccup

Problem has resolved itself, 40 minutes after warning message the new pack started message appeared plus plenty of reassuring info appeared in app too. 👍
Thanks for the suggestion, next time I will wait a while before panicking over a warning msg.
