End my contract

Hi,

Hope all is safe and well

my contract has ended on 5th may and im still getting charged. The wifi is just too much money way too much and i wanna end the contract completely if thats possible As i dont use it anymore either.

 

what can i do.

@Izxy_cl  did you call customer services to give notice to terminate your contract? when your contract reach its minimum term it changed to a 30 day rolling contract as per the contract that you agreed to.  You need to give notice to terminate it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

These contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. After the min. term they just carry on on a rolling notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.

 

You say "WiFi"? Is this a fixed Broadband or a mobile contract?
