Enable premium sms on BLU vivo 5R

Hi,
Does anyone have a BLU phone i have a vivo 5R and I cannot send premium sms to access my NHS unlimited data as it wants a verification code sent to a 62500 type number. Ii think I may have disabled it when I had the phone but now I cannot see anything in the menu to enable it again and I have searched Google in vain. Thanks

If you're on contract try texting UNBAR to 150.

Try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Call Abroad and Premium Rate. This will show as ticked if Premium Rate is activated. If it is not ticked, can you activate this setting?
