Email notifications - replies to posts

So how do I get notifications about replies to posts? Email notifications would be nice. I can't see how to set it up.
P.S. I may not notice your reply!

You need to subscribe to the post, you can do this from the options in the corner of your post. Or click on your profile and then manage my subscriptions.

In Your Settings:
- Disable "Don't send me any community emails" under Personal > Email.
- Choose which emails for which events you want under Subscriptions & Notifications > Notification Settings > Email Notifications.
You should notice our replies by the no. appearing to the L of your avatar.
