Ee perk trouble

I need help asap, im pulling my hair out trying to sort my EE perks out, ive been a customer for many years, i cant for the life of me get onto my account to get a new perk code, im due an upgrade this week, no one at EE can seem to help me. Ive always been able to get onto my account until now. Its extremely frustrating and i will be looking elsewhere if i can't upgrade, ASAP. Please help!!!!

I can't even get on page now, saying login details supplied are invalid! 🙈

Right ive tried to log in again on a laptop and still says pending verification. Even though I've had email to say its been verified @Leanne_T

I verified the email address couple days ago when i re registered @Leanne_T

I may aswell use my nhs discount elsewhere then as another 2 working days takes me to at least Tuesday, this is really not good enough when ive been trying to sort this for weeks. Thanks for your help, you've been good, but we are just going round in circles. @Leanne_T EE need to sort this out. I will let all my colleagues know too, as to avoid all this mayhem! Im extremely disappointed especially after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.
