Ee perk trouble

I need help asap, im pulling my hair out trying to sort my EE perks out, ive been a customer for many years, i cant for the life of me get onto my account to get a new perk code, im due an upgrade this week, no one at EE can seem to help me. Ive always been able to get onto my account until now. Its extremely frustrating and i will be looking elsewhere if i can't upgrade, ASAP. Please help!!!!

thankyou, then do i need to re register my id badge and upload again?? will this be verified at the same time if im chatting to you. i was looking to upgrade in the next day or so but cant until i can finally get into my perk account?
