I need help asap, im pulling my hair out trying to sort my EE perks out, ive been a customer for many years, i cant for the life of me get onto my account to get a new perk code, im due an upgrade this week, no one at EE can seem to help me. Ive always been able to get onto my account until now. Its extremely frustrating and i will be looking elsewhere if i can't upgrade, ASAP. Please help!!!!

Once the account has been reset, you will need to register for a new Perk account.
The team will then verify this for you within 24-48 hours and send you a email to confirm.

Hi I'm still having trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've just tried to re register its saying there is an account already registered with my details, then I've tried to reset the password instead, it's now locked for 24 hours!!! I only tried it once I'm fuming. Its looking likely I'm going to have upgrade elsewhere, as this is ridiculous! Especially when I've received a message off yourself saying its been sorted. I've spent hours sorting this out and still getting nowhere!? Help!!!!!!

Hi i need some help please, ive have struggled to sort my EE nhs perks out for weeks, i may have got somewhere slowly, ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years, i have uploaded my ID badge again to be validated but im still waiting for it to be sorted. I can finally log in but am still getting a message waiting for it to be validated! I was hoping to upgrade 2 contracts tomorrow but this is not looking likely as have no codes. If i can't upgrade with yourselves tomorrow i will choose another network as seemingly it seems a lot easier to do this through others with NHS discount, granted its not as much, but the hassle I've had for weeks has taken its toll. Please can someone look into this ASAP and get back to me please.

By 8pm tonight will be, i did it few weeks ago and waited but did not get sorted, but time us running out now for upgrade tomorrow, i have to fit time in between my shifts to go sort it.

Hiya ive literally just wrote this message out, and ive just had an email to say they have been validated. I will try log in now fingers crossed the codes work now when i get to the upgrade stage! Thanks for for sorting it your a star.

Bad news ive just tried to log in and it says id still pending verification!!! Even though ive just received the an email to say its good to go, what do i do now?
