Ee login issues

When logging into the app it no longer let's me use the fingerprint option to login it just keeps asking for my password, I've looked into settings and the fingerprint option is still on so why wont it use the fingerprint to login

Close the app down.

 

Go into your phone settings - application manager/apps - find the EE app and then clear the cache/data. 

 

Restart the app.

This has sorted the issue, thank you for the help
