I recently did an early upgrade on 16th Aug with no upgrade fee for the iPhone 11 Pro, but I still haven’t received a dispatch message, will it only be dispatched when my current contract ends? It doesn’t say anywhere on the site about that being the case?

This may be the reason for the delay.
If it is an upgrade or sale a credit check will be completed to before the new contract is approved and the details won't match.
I would give our customer care team a call and they will be able to check if the order is still in process or it needs to be re submitted with the correct details.

If you upgrade early you don't need to wait until the end of your contract for the phone 🙂
Could you let me know the colour and size iPhone 11 Pro you ordered?

The device is in stock and showing on the website hat it will be dispatched within 1 day.
I would give our customer service team a call to check the status of your delivery.

Thanks a lot for looking into this for me, I wonder if maybe the delay is partly because auto correct changed my first name and I didn’t realise until I made the order, it shows as litna but should be Lorna 🤦🏻♀️
