Early upgrade text

Evening, 

 

I have received an early upgrade text message today to say I can upgrade without a early upgrade fee how do I go about doing this

@Cheryll96  You just login to your online account and do it from there.  Or use the link in the message you received 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just ring 150 and choose upgrades and they will go through it all with you . Or can wait a few days till the outlets open back up and go to the ee shop . Least then you can see what you want
