Early Upgrade Discount to alternatuve brand

Hello,

 

Just to preface this I'm currently on a Samsung S20 Ultra.

 

With the announcement of the Pixel 6 Pro, I badly want this phone. On my EE app it says I can get the 100% off early upgrade fee discount for being a loyal member.

 

Why is this contained to just selected Samsung phones for me? If I'm even willing to increase my bill next time round, why not let me get the pixel? 

 

Might look to pay off the remainder of my contract and look elsewhere......

@willhands  because you’re being made an offer to upgrade at no cost.  This will obviously have its own clauses to be able to take up that offer. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
