EUF credit on account

Did a standard upgrade using a 3rd party agent and thought nothing of it as all went through smoothly. I have looked at my account and have been given a EUF credit of roughly £500. This means my last 2 bills have been nothing. 

 

Can anyone explain this?

I would suggest you ring customer service and see what they have to say and/or ring 3rd party customer service to find out what is going on.
