EE still sell locked phones?

Can anybody tell me whether EE are still selling phones locked to their network? I know the law changes in December but not sure whether EE have yet changed?

Yes, they still do until they are forced by Ofcom rules to stop doing so in Dec. 2021 if they don't choose to stop earlier.
