EE sim card ordered - can't complete registration, so can't track it

I ordered a SIM card from EE on 13th April. Still haven't seen it. Maybe it's still en route. Maybe it's lost. But I can't seem to find out.

 

Any ideas.

The SIM should have been with you within 3-5 days. 

 

As this has not yet been delivered, I would recommend giving us a call on 0800 079 8586
