Hi,

I am having a problem resetting a new password as I have forgotten it. I do the request link so I can reset it but I don't receive any emails with link but it says it have sent one. Tried this loads of times now. Anybody had this problem and how did you sort it? I am taking my Dad on Tuesday for a new phone and I am wanting to get a code.

Yes my work email,

I have checked my junk / spam folder.

I tried to reregister with the same emails and saying that email already registered.

How can I get this sorted. Can my account be closed and me register again or can someone sort this for me?
