I am unable to access we perks (yet again). Requesting I reset my password but never receive an e mail. There is clearly a glitch which we has failed to fix. Can you please help me reset my password in order to access a new perk code? Thank you.

Did you register for a perk account using your work or personal email address? 

 

Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email?

Registered with personal account. Yes I have checked my junk and spam folders but nothing.

How long ago did you register for the EE perk account? 

 

Did you upload photo ID when you registered?

Cannot recall when I registered, at least 2 years ago when I took out my current contract. I do not recall uploading any photo ID

It must be 4 years ago come to think of it as I had this same issue 2 years ago resulting  on coming on to this forum to get it resolved
