My records password is not working.
I have gone through my work email address which is *******
Unfortunately in going through the link sent to my work email address above. It does no work once reset causing slot of frustration.
I just want to be able to logo on to my EE perks. I have been on the phone for over 25 minutes. It's been so frustrating as phone went dead when speaking to someone.
Can this be looked into as soon as possible?
I have always found ee to be good. Yet the timescales if this is getting me to change my mind.
