EE perks won't work

I'm currently having issues with the we perks.

 

Validated my email, reregistered as it let me. Refuses now to log me in as "doesn't recognise password"

 

Desperately want to sort 2 upgrades and a possible simn only plan. Currently considering moving providers all together

Have you tried the reset password option? 

 

Did you register with your work or personal email address?

Hi 

Yes I have tried everything, absolutely nothing is working.

Password resets
Registering - I did this and confirmed via the email I got for it to then refuse everything and say it was wrong
