Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

Hi,
I am having the same problem as all the above people! I have verified my account and reset my password but it still says it is wrong and has locked me out of my perks account for 24 hours, but need the code to set up a new contract tomorrow! How did everyone resolve this problem? Thanks 🙂
