EE perks password reset not working

Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

Just tried it and I got message saying ‘We were unable to reset your password, please try again.’

I have tried both email addresses on the reset password page and I got the same message.

Hi

 

I too am having trouble accessing my EE perks account after registering.

I registered, was sent the verification email to my work email, clicked the verification button which then took me to the page to log in but this wouldnt work - saying login details incorrect even though I am certain the password was correct. I have tried the reset password button but I am not receiving any emails to enable me to reset my passord (if that is the problem)

Can you try using your log in details you registered on the Perk portal in a new web browser, do you get the same error?

Yes, still getting same message. Originally used Edge, now tried Google. Also tried the forgotten password and nothing has come through.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email to reset your details?

 

Also, if this is going to your work email could you check with your IT department to see if this has been blocked?

Nothing in my spam folder for this and I have registered by personal email for the account. The verification email for work came through no problem yesterday when I registered.
