Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

If new, have you received your verification email?

Already verified. Used it a couple of times last year.

No link is sent to my email address but confirms on password reset page that an email has been sent.
Tried several times in last 48 hours.

Hi @Shugster11,
Are you registered with your personal or work email address?
If it's your work address please check with your IT support team to make sure the emails aren't being blocked by a spam filter.

Yes I did and I've checked nothing there.
I've also searched for previous communication from ee perks in my works email and there is nothing either.
