EE perks password reset not working

Abs4190

Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

Same problem. After registering and logging in from verifying button in the email, on log on it says invalid so i went to reset password and not working so I requested a password change but not receiving the email. Also I did make sure email and password was the same as the when I registered but still didnt work.

Hi @Ahbradley

Thanks for coming to the community.

Did you register with your work or personal email?

Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the password reset email?

Thanks 🙂

Thanks @Zelhas

Did you verify your account when you first registered?

Can you try logging in with your work email to see if this works?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
