EE perks password reset not working

Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

Also not able to get into my account. I have logged in before. I know I am using the correct log in details but it says I am

not. And have been trying to reset my log in for over 24hrs now tried both my work and personal email abs nothing has come through.

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your reset email. 

 

Have you checked both Spam/Junk folders?

I am having the same issue it says email sent to reset the password however no email has come through and I have checked my junk mail.
