EE perks email

I work for the police and have requested a Eeperks email to be sent to my work email on numerous occasions however nothing is being received.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder? 

If so, could you check with your IT department to see if the email is being blocked?

Unfortunately I don't have access to my work junk folder and I have checked with my IT department who can't see any reason why it isn't being received
