EE perk code not valid

I have an ee 20% perk code from the EE perks site. I'm trying to use it to purchase a google pixel 6 40gb with Smart benefit contract. I believe that this is a full price contract and should work. 

 

When I try to use it, it says that this code is not valid. I have tried generating a new code and I have tried it on multiple phones. I have tried different internet browsers and different devices. 

 

Any help would be a appreciated.

Welcome to the community. Just a few questions:

 

If you're connected to VPN, could you try with it not connected please?

 

Could you also try the discount on another non-discounted plan, just to see if it works?

 

Is it your code, or did someone give it to you?
