Morning I have read a number of topics on this problem and there are various answers and issues, my code does not work when trying to buy a new sim, I am currently with Vodafone. If I select the Apple Music 6 months trial for free can I not use a code? My wife who is an EE customer spoke with someone online last week and they said the codes were working fine however I still get an error message when trying to use it.

It’s not discounted as far as I am aware a staff member said it was working their end but I cannot apply it, I have bought the sim
card so I hope I can still get the deal when I’m connected, I think it’s poor that I cannot email or chat to anyone online as neither of these services are available to me either?
