Any suggestions for inexpensive replacements to use the same sim card?

Hi @coli

Welcome to the community.

I'm sure there'll be a few people coming by soon with their recommendations.

Please bear in mind that when/if you buy a new one, it would have to be an EE device or unlocked to all networks for your SIM to work in it.

Not sure what router the Alcatel one is but I use a Tp-link Archer MR600 and really like it. It's 4G+/LTE Cat6 so it pulls in more bandwidth than other 4G routers I've come across. Easy to use interface and WiFi range is good, not great but acceptable. Not as good as my previous Asus ac88u but then I don't complain as I was getting 3mbps on that adsl line!

Many thanks for very useful info
