I ordered a new upgrade. I gave my full address but EE only passed on part of it (street name and post code, not my actual block or flat number) and so the delivery has been refused. The package has been at DPD depot for two days “to be returned to EE”. EE have told me I have to wait till it’s been returned and then call up to make a redelivery but I don’t even know when it will be returned to them? Shouldn’t they be doing more to correct this as it’s their error not mine?

@Simixdhillon unfortunately nothing can be done until the device has been returned. EE can not do anything until they get the device back.
