Good morning, I have bought a new iPhone 12 Pro max and I have just received the replacement esim by post. I resetted the old iPhone 11 Pro max where I was using my EE esim some days ago. I've just scanned the QR code and the new iPhone completed the setup of the EE line as a secondary line. I go to the page to activate the new esim and ask me for a text code that I cannot receive due to the line not activated. Any solution?

@cybermaster69 You’re going to have to call customer services and request a replacement Sim as you should not of reset your iPhone 11 before you got your new device so you can receive text messages still.
