EE broadband - voucher code+ early termination fees

Hi guys

I hope all is well.

I am a pre-existing EE customer (mobile postpaid plan) and I move to a new place and I want to get broadband with EE.

I have the following questions:

- I am an NHS worker and have a discount code (I have signed up to EE perks) but there doesn't seem to be a place to enter the voucher code when placing an order. Does anyone know if vouchers are valid for broadband orders?

-Can I just confirm, if I sign up for let’s say an 18-24 month contract and I move 6 or 12 months into the contract to an address that EE doesn't supply that I won’t be liable for early termination fees?

Cheers

Zeid

@Zeid9  If you move before your contract period and they don’t supply broadband in a new area (I doubt that) then you have to pay off the remaining term of the contract.

I don’t believe you can use discount codes from BB.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris for your help
