Amazon Voucher & Data increase

I finally got my Fibre broadband installed on 27 April after ordering on 18 Jan 2021 & the engineer (BT Openreach) failing to turn up on the 7 April. Service so far has been great with no downtime but when I signed up to the service I was told I would receive a 5GB increase to my data for my existing EE mobile contract and a £140 Amazon voucher...I have received neither as yet. Does anyone have any timescales on when they have received these? Many thanks 🙂

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to take a look at your account and get this sorted for you.

  1. You should get your Data Boost within 30 days of your BB going live. 
  2. After you've paid your 2nd BB bill you will receive an email inviting you to claim your Amazon Voucher.
