I finally got my Fibre broadband installed on 27 April after ordering on 18 Jan 2021 & the engineer (BT Openreach) failing to turn up on the 7 April. Service so far has been great with no downtime but when I signed up to the service I was told I would receive a 5GB increase to my data for my existing EE mobile contract and a £140 Amazon voucher...I have received neither as yet. Does anyone have any timescales on when they have received these? Many thanks 🙂

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to take a look at your account and get this sorted for you.
